We are an active husband and wife team whose mantra is “To empower, encourage and develop the potential of people” Our aims is to introduce our clients back to their younger selves and rediscover the areas that they used to enjoy whether it is mental and physical wellness, theatre, reading, walking, visiting friends, or birdwatching, to name a few.
Mark has many years of being a Mental Coach and has heightened interpersonal skills which can be used in any carer environment. Their skills in the form of caring, empathy, active listening, encouraging and motivating more than qualifies them for the role of caring.

They are also confident in assisting with medication and supporting using Mobility aids. We can support by cooking, cleaning the house, care for pets and other household duties.
Caroline describes her level of cooking and baking as advanced and is happy to prepare meals for her clients.
