My work ethics is to follow all policies and procedures, respect the service users ‘choice and prevent any harm to the service users.
Support Areas
I can provide support to my clients in the following areas: Medication Administration and prompting etc, Dementia support, Alzheimers, Asthma, Diabetes, Mobility issues, COPD, hearing impairment, visual impairment, anxiety, depression, stroke, companionship, heart conditions, palliative care.
Can also assist with
I can also assist my clients with daily household tasks including cleaning, laundry, shopping, food preparation. I can also accompany my client to any appointments or activities that they enjoy as part of their everyday routines. I can also be company for my client - watching TV together, doing puzzles together and other interests that they like to do. I can assist with my clients' mobility using aids in their home.
Personal Care
I am happy to assist with personal care tasks including dressing / undressing, toileting, bathing and application topical medication.
What I like to do
In my free time I like to cook. listen to music and keep fit.
Training Qualifications
I am fully trained in safeguarding, hoisting, medication, manual handling, bed transfer, end-of-life care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, etc. I am also hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social care, a level 5 certificate in Safe Administration of Medicine and hold the Care Certificate.
